What Covid-19 precautions will Red Sky implement?

Red Sky will be a Covid Secure festival. To ensure this we will put in place additional measures and practices as recommended by Government guidance and Public Health bodies. We don't quite know what these will be yet but are continuing to amend plans as lockdown continues to ease. You can follow updates over on our Covid-19 information page.


Can I bring my own tent?

Yes, you can bring your own tent as long as you purchase a weekend camping ticket, we also offer pre-erected and boutique accommodation options if you would like to upgrade. Find out more over on our camping page.


When will I receive my tickets?

E-tickets will be emailed shortly after purchase, whereas physical tickets will be dispatched approximately 2 weeks before the event. If you do not receive you E-ticket please check your spam/junk folders.


Can I upgrade my tickets?

You can purchase a VIP upgrade at any time until tickets have sold out.


Will there be cash machines and do you accept card payment?

There will not be a cash machine on site, but all our bars and vendors accept cards and contactless payments.


Is there a mobile phone reception?

Mobile reception is generally good but a large number of people on site could have an adverse effect on the connection.


Can I charge my phone?

Yes, you will be able to purchase charging products at the event.


Are animals allowed on site?

No, we do not allow animals on site with the exception of guide/assistance dogs.


Can I camp for one night?

You can camp for up to 3 nights (Fri-Sun inclusive), however, if you choose to only camp for one or two nights, you still require a full weekend camping ticket.


Can I park by my tent?

No, we do not permit vehicles in the campsite.


Why do you have ticket tiers?

This enables us to change the price for loyal customers who choose to book early. These tickets are exactly the same, but better value when bought earlier.


Each tier has an allocated number of tickets Once they’re gone, we progress to the next tier.


Will I be searched going in to the campsite or arena?

For the safety of all of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to search all customers and staff coming to the event. This is to ensure that the event remains a safe and enjoyable place for all.


An active search policy is in place to prevent illegal drugs, weapons and prohibited items being brought on to the premises. Management reserve the right to conduct an outer body search and/or bag search as a condition of entering the premises.
