We want Red Sky Festival to be accessible for everyone.

You need to complete a new Access Application for 2021 even if you applied for the rescheduled 2020 festival. Please note that the closing date for applications is 1st August 2021.
Disabled parking is available at the festival. You do not need to apply for this in advance but will need to display your Blue Badge at all times. Disabled parking is available on a first come first served basis.
Please buy your ticket first then apply for access to accessible access and/or a carer ticket at no additional cost if required. If you’re unable to complete the access application form please call us on 03335 777 919.
You can apply for the following:
Free carer ticket
If you are unable to attend the festival without the support from a carer, then Red Sky Festival will offer a free ticket for your carer. Please do not buy a ticket for your carer – we will be unable to refund any tickets should your free carer ticket application be approved.
Carer tickets are available for those ticket holders who are in receipt of the higher rate of DLA or enhanced PIP payments (or can otherwise supply supporting evidence of their necessity for a carer).
We will also provide a free standard camping pass for your carer, but are unfortunately unable to provide free access to our VIP area.
If you are unsuccessful in your application for a free carer ticket and you still wish to bring someone you’re advised to buy a standard ticket. Should we not be able to offer you a free ticket, and all standard tickets are sold out, we will make one available for you to buy at full price.
Access to our accessible viewing area
A dedicated fenced area available beside our stage control tent to enjoy musical performances.
This is available for use by disabled festival goers plus one other (carer or friend).
If you require a chair please bring one with you - we will be unable to provide one on the day.
Please note that the Festival organisers reserve the right to alter or withdraw the viewing area service at any time.
Access to our accessible camp site
A dedicated area within our campsite close to the entrance and with access to disabled toilet facilities.
To access our accessible camping area you must hold a valid camping pass, plus weekend ticket.
We are happy for a small number of friends to join you in our accessible camping area, where space allows. Please tell us about this in your application.
A disabled toilet will be available within the camping area.
Please note that cars are not permitted in any of our campsites and electrical hook-ups are not available.
You will need to provide supporting documentation within your application. Broadly speaking, acceptable documentation includes the following (dated within the past 12 months or with valid date covering the festival):
- A letter of award for DLA at medium or higher rate or a letter of award for PIP at enhanced rate. Please note a letter of award for DLA at medium rate is not sufficient evidence for a free carer ticket.
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- If you are not in receipt of any of the above, you can supply Doctors/Specialist Letter or Personal Statement confirming why you require the services requested.
